For wedding attendance and gift reservations

Who handles your information?

Adebayo and Ajoke, the wedding organisers, use this website to manage invitations, attendance and gift choices. To ask about your data or request a correction or deletion, contact the couple through the contact details provided with your invitation.

What we collect and why

If you RSVP, we collect your name, email address, attendance choice, number of people attending with you, any optional message, and the time of submission. We use these details solely to organise the wedding and communicate with guests about their attendance. If you reserve a gift, we collect your name, email address, selected gift and reservation time so we can coordinate that choice and avoid duplicate gifts.

Who can see it?

The public gift registry shows whether a gift is available or already reserved; it does not show the person who reserved it. Your personal details are viewable only by authorised organisers in the wedding database. We use Cloudflare to host the website and Supabase to store submissions.

How long do we keep it?

We intend to remove guest and gift-giver contact records after they are no longer needed for the wedding and gift arrangements, normally within two months after the ceremony, unless there is a specific reason to keep a record longer or a deletion request is made earlier.

Your choices

Participation in the RSVP and gift registry forms is voluntary. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting the organisers. Please note that a gift reservation does not process payments or purchases.

Security

Website traffic uses HTTPS. Database access is limited through access rules, and gifts are reserved in a single database transaction to avoid duplicate selection. No website can guarantee absolute security.
